What we collect
RedScroll is built to stay light. We do not require accounts, and we do not sell personal data.
- Local storage — your browser may store a short-lived cache of headlines and view preferences (for example grid vs list) so the edition loads faster on return visits.
- Theme preference — light/dark mode is stored on your device.
- Analytics — we use Statcounter only for basic, aggregated traffic counts (visits, referrers). We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Statcounter does not provide us a profile of who you are.
What we don't do
We do not run advertising networks, fingerprinting suites, or cross-site tracking for ad targeting. We do not ask for your email to read the paper.
Third-party links
Headlines link to external publishers. When you leave RedScroll, those sites have their own privacy practices — we are not responsible for them.
